SNB’s intellectual property services include dealing with trademarks, trade names, domain names, geographical indication, patents, utility model certificates, industrial design, copyright, IP registration and prosecution, IP investigation and enforcement, and IP litigation and resolution.
SNB’s labour and employment specialists have extensive experience advising domestic companies, organizations and recruiting agencies on labour compliance, preparing collective bargaining agreements (CBA) and auditing several major foreign companies on working conditions. SNB offers advice and legal services on labour registrations, labour compliance (quota, work permit and employment book), as well as employment contracts.
Driven by larger projects and free-flow investments promoted by the government of Cambodia, a number of high-rise and multi-story structures continue to be built. SNB works to support clients in obtaining construction permits, construction site opening permits, and closing (completion) site permits in compliance with construction law and regulation.
Family matters cover marriage, divorce, child custody, adoption and wills. SNB provides advice and assistance to clients on the application for marriage to foreigners as well as cases of divorce, child custody, and adoption. SNB also advises clients on how to create valid wills and assists in their deposition and execution.
