TAY Lina

Profile:

Mr. TAY Lina is a legal professional and educator with over five years of experience specializing in developing education and public awareness programs in relation to law, criminal justice and transitional justice in Cambodia. Currently, he has been practicing in the areas of civil aviation law, due diligence, contracts and corporate law. Besides joining SNB & Associates, he works for Bassaka Airline, as a technical publications manager, where he manages the company’s technical publications and compliance checks, and provides technical support on aviation safety standards under Cambodian and international civil aviation regulations. Mr. TAY was previously involved with the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) through the programs known as the Asian International Justice Initiative, currently run by the Handa Center for Human Rights and International Justice at Stanford University, first as a trial monitor and eventually as National Co-Director of the Cambodia Programs.
